Chief Abbot of Fo Guang Shan Monastery the Most Venerable Hsin Bau spoke on “The Heart Sutra in Daily Life” at ICC Pyrmont Centre on 22nd March 2019. The talk was hosted by Nan Tien Temple Australia, BLIA Sydney Chapter, Nan Tien Institute and Hsing Yun Education Foundation. According to Most Venerable Hsin Bau, although the Hear Sutra does not contain many words, it is possible to understand that the true nature of worldly phenomena through the wisdom in the sutra. Reading Venerable Master Hsing Yun’s book “The Heart Sutra in Daily Life” can help us to develop our wisdom and eliminate mental afflictions.
