Terms and Conditions
This policy includes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
Thank you for visiting HYEF Online Store. This website is operated by HYEF. Purchases from the HYEF online store is subject to terms and conditions of the HYEF website. Please refer to the terms and conditions for the use of this website before placing an order.
- You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We will send your order and any communications to you at the contact details you provide, and will not be responsible for any error in this information.
- Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (link).
- Purchases on the HYEF Online Store are for for personal or business use and may not be purchased for commercial resale.
- The HYEF Online Store will send an email to confirm your order and to acknowledge receipt of payment to the email address you provide.
- All prices on the website are for orders placed via the website only.
- All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- If you have specified an overseas address in your order:
- you will be charged in your local currency at the conversion rate of your credit card company.
- the amount of GST will be removed at the check-out stage of your order.
- you must pay any local duties or taxes (eg. customs or import taxes) that apply in your country of purchase.
- All orders are subject to price and availability confirmation
- All descriptions and prices for our products are subject to change without notice, at our sole discretion. All prices, taxes and any other details included in the online order form apply to your purchase.
Payment by Cheque and Bank Transfer
- If you choose to pay by Cheque/Money Order or Bank Transfer and the funds are not received within 60 days, then the order will be cancelled until payment arrives.
- If you are paying by Bank Transfer you must inform us by emailing **@hs********.au that you have made the payment. Please remember to include the Order Number as a reference with your payment.
Payment by Credit Card
- A credit card is charged for physical items after availability has been confirmed by us.
- eBooks and digital content are charged immediately as the purchase is processed, prior to delivery.
- If HYEF Online Store is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to insufficient funds or other errors, we will attempt to contact the customer at the provided email address to rectify the issue. If the customer does not contact us to resolve the issue then the order will be cancelled.
- Goods will be dispatched Tuesday to Friday during business hours only.
- An automated Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Delivery fees apply.
Local delivery
- Local delivery within Australia is free for purchases above AUD(insert)
Please allow up to seven (7) working days for delivery within Australia.
Pick-up
- If you choose to pick up your purchases at one of our local branch temples in Australia (https://www.nantien.org.au/en/branches), please notify ad***@hs********.au by email. A receipt must be produced at the time of pickup. All branches are open from Tuesday to Sunday 9am to 5pm unless otherwise advised.
International delivery (auto calculate fee?)
- All international orders are consolidated into one delivery
- All orders with an international delivery address are firm sale and refund is not available.
- For international deliveries, delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services, and are beyond the control of the HYEF Online Store.
- HYEF Online Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after dispatch are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The Store is not responsible for meeting any legal requirements of the country of delivery.
- Please note that incorrect or insufficient details to ensure delivery may result in the following:
- Delayed delivery
- Lost parcel
- Package/s returned
- A signature will be required at the delivery address when receiving goods
- HYEF Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- The HYEF Online Store will take due care in packaging and delivering purchases to you.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged/faulty product, please contact the Store immediately and we can arrange either a replacement, exchange or a refund as appropriate.
- Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods.
- If you receive a damaged/faulty product, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability) once we have received return of the damaged product. The return policy of the Store applies.
- If your product is lost during shipping we will send you a replacement (depending on product availability) once we have waited for the maximum delivery time to expire.
- Replacement items for lost or damaged products will be delivered at our cost.
- Delivery charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of the HYEF Online Store
- The Store will not usually refund or exchange purchases if you have simply changed your mind.
- To be eligible for a return, an item must be received by us within 30 days of your receiving the goods, with complete packaging and in resaleable condition (except where a damaged item has been accepted for return).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned after the period stated above will not be accepted.
- To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days, subject to policies of your credit card company.
- The Store reserves the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

- Your order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
- Note that cancellations and refunds are not possible for the following product types:
- eBooks and other Digital Content
- Bulk orders where special pricing has been provided with Firm Sale terms
- The HYEF Online Store reserves the right to cancel your order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in the order, or the price or description of the item. The Store will notify you of its intention to cancel, before cancelling your order. We will promptly refund your payment upon cancellation.
- The HYEF Online Store uses a contracted service provider (eWay) to securely process your online credit card payments.
- While the Store contracts with a service provider to provide a secure system, we cannot take responsibility for the security of information during transit over the Internet.
